MOLS Awards Banquet set for February 21st
(Grain Valley, MO) January 21, 2009 – THE Racing Experience Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprints will host their 2008 Awards Banquet on February 21st at the Garden City Bank Banquet & Community Center located on south 7 highway in Blue Springs, MO. The 2008 season marked the 20th year for the MOLS organization.
Awards will be given to the top 10 Drivers and Owners. Special recognition awards will also be presented. Come out and support your favorite MOLS driver and crew as they reflect on an unforgettable 2008 racing season and look forward to 2009.
Come early for cocktail hour beginning at 5:30 pm, dinner will be served at 6:30 followed by the Award Ceremony. This event is open to members and fans for $20 per person which includes both dinner & drinks. Please RSVP no later than Monday, February 17, 2009 (click here for RSVP information and directions).
Tom & Sharron of the Lake House Bar & Grill have generously donated draft beer for this event. The Lake House is located at the intersection of Colbern Rd & Shrout Rd, approximately one mile southeast from the Garden City Bank. Following the banquet, the new owners of the Lake House invite the MOLS crew to continue the evening with live music, pool tables, dart boards and reasonably priced drinks. Must be 21 to enter, no cover charge.

I just want to thank everyone that help put on the banquet. Everything was great. Food was delicious, surroundings were beautiful, door prices I can defiantly use. I cant think of one thing I would change. Well maybe one, that I got the big trophy at the end of the night.
